Can a Vehicle Factory produce robots

Hi guys,

I was notified by a visitor about this page:

On that page I wrote about the Vehicle Factory:

You can identify a vehicle factory by the wide door in the front. It can produce all types of robots, vehicles and cannons depending on the level you are playing.

As far as I remember I got that from the original user manual. However, the attentive visitor mentioned that a Vehicel Factory cannot produce robots. I haven't played Z in a while but I think there were situations where it could. I am not sure though.

Who can shed light into this question?

Vehicle factory could never produce robots, only guns and vehicles.

It seems the user confused vehicle factory and fort.
Fort can produce robots, vehicles, guns, according to level of fort. It matches description of issue which he experienced.
